25%: Random thoughts
I’m 25% thru my study away experience already! I haven’t done anything too crazy the last week*, so I’ll share again some random thoughts
* Actually, at the time of completion of this post I have, but there’s so much to write that I will split this post into two.

How to feel at home in 1 week
Today marks the 1-week mark for me in France! I finally have the time to write again. I’ll be needing a lot more of these journals!
Here’s what I’ve been up to the past week:

Fromage, more cheese, and spiral learning
(Note: this post is one day late! I'm already at Ecole Polytechnique, but I'll get to that when I have time to write, just pretend it's Jan 2)

After breakfast, Marie, the mother of my host family, took me to the local outdoor market. There was an outdoor stall for cheese (une fromagerie), and stalls for veggies, meat, and the rest.

Bonne anneé from France!
Happy new year from France! I had quite the experience in the last 48 hours. I got to Paris, stayed with a family friend, went to a new year's party, and had a tour of a picturesque town in France
